Della B. (Murphy) Bratton

Della B. Bratton 82, of McConnelsville, passed away February 14, 2018 at her home. She was born August 19, 1935 in Morgan County the daughter of the late  Jim Murphy and Flora Murphy.  She was employed  as a secretary for law enforcement for ODNR.  She was a member of the F.O.E. in McConnelsville and attended the Main Street Church of Christ in McConnelsville.She is survived by a daughter, Toni Connell of McConnelsville and a son, Jeff Howell of McConnelsville; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Cobb and a grandchild, Jody Connell;  brothers, Donald Murphy, Delford Murphy, and Dwight Murphy; and  a sister Dorothy Newburn. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018 at Malta Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
