Dorothy M. McInturf, 94, of McConnelsville passed away Monday March 6,2017 at the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born April 26, 1922 in Chesterhill to the late George Wymer and Alta Devore Wymer. Dorothy was a homemaker and was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in McConnelsville. She was also a member of the Trinity United Methodist Women and was the only living charter member of the Conasta Card Club. She loved spending time with her family and attending church and various church activities. She is survived by three daughters Marge (Dave) Sealock of Circleville, Joyce McInturf of Zanesville, Mickey (Don) Seevers of Nashport, two sons James (Sally) McInturf of Zanesville and Buck (Sue) McInturf of Minnetonka, Minn. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren (and 1 more on the way), and 3 great great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. McInturf, a son, Jeff McInturf, and 3 sisters; Freda Miller, Hazel Wymer, and Nina Nicholas. Calling hours will be Friday March 10, 2017 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Walter Jones officiating. Dorothy will be laid to rest beside her husband, Kenneth in the McConnelsville Cemetery.
