John Ray Bickley 67, of Malta passed away Friday evening at his home. He was born May 25, 1949 in Holister the son of the late Pryce and Pauline McFarland Bickley. He worked at Malta Window Factory and construction. He is survived by his wife Helen Pugh Bickley whom he married December 4, 1978, two daughters , Jennifer (JR) Wells of McConnelsville and Johna (Charlie) Bickley of Malta, a son Jason Bickley of Malta, two special grandchildren Kali Dingey and Jared Zumbro of Malta, two sisters, Eileen (Steve) Pierce of Chauncy and Rosie Hart of Trimble, three brothers Dayne Bickley of Holister, James (Jean) Bickley of Glouster and Eldon(Elizabeth) Bickley of Glouster. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Norman, Larry and Robert Dean Bickley, two half brothers Eugene and Dan Hogue. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016 at the Malta Bible Church in Malta, where services will be held at 11 :00 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Mike Wells officiating.
