David B. Cain

David B. Cain 61, of Stockport, passed away at 5:26 a.m. September 8, 2018 at the Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville. He was born October 7, 1956 in Windsor Township, Morgan County the son of the late Joseph Cain  and Vera Rogers Cain. He was a graduate of Liberty Union High School in Baltimore, Ohio, graduate of Hocking Technical College with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant management, he was a pipe bender for Leibert Corp. and worked for Brenneman Lumber Co. in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. He was a member of the Beverly Eagles Club. He is survived by a foster mother, Margery Rogers of Bucyrus, Ohio; brothers, Joe (Phyllis) Cain of Stockport and Carlos Cain of McConnelsville; sister, Carol (Fred) Morris of McConnelsville; special cousin whom he made his home, with Ronald Cain of Stockport; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with Evangelist Vernon Eldridge officiating. He will be laid to rest in Lightner Ridge Cemetery near Stockport. Memorial contributions may be made to MOCO Team Blue.
