Ricky G. Clawson

Ricky G. Clawson, 62, of Malta passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at his home. He was born February 15, 1956  in Zanesville  to the late Richard Clawson and Martha Thompson Clawson. He was a heavy equipment operator for many years and was a member of the Malta Bible Church. Ricky is survived by a daughter, Kaylee (Nathan) Marietta of Newark; a son, Kyle Clawson of  Newark; a grandson, Jaxon Marietta; a sister, Brenda Clawson of Colorado Springs, Col.; and three brothers; Gordon (Angela) Clawson of Malta, Mike Clawson and Jonathan (Channa) Clawson both of Poania, Col. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shelia Clawson, and two brothers, Jeffrey and Nathan Clawson. A funeral service will be held Monday, November 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Malta Bible Church in Malta with Pastor Matt Workman officiating. Ricky will be laid to rest in Deerfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Malta Bible Church. Miller-Huck Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
