Roger Lee Shuster, 72, of Stockport passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 3:40 p.m. at his home. He was born April 18, 1947 in Zanesville to the late Marcus Shuster and Evelyn Sines Shuster. Roger worked at Ohio Fero Alloy for 18 years, was a school bus driver for Morgan Local Schools for 25 years, and also was a truck driver for Burkhart Trucking for 11 years. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Roger enjoyed bowling and was a big Cleveland Indians fan. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Martha Ash Shuster; 3 sons, Dale (Karen) Shuster of Dayton, John (Jessica) Ash of Vienna, WV, and Stephen (Kimberly) Shuster of Stockport; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Carolyn Jenkins of McConnelsville; 4 brothers, Don, William, Roy, and Richard Shuster all of McConnelsvillle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Shuster. The family would like to give a special thank you to Arva Lowther and Buckeye Hospice and to Dalton and Mia for being such special and loving grandchildren. Calling hours will be Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at Miller-Huck Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post # 24 Color Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
