Barb Hale Stanley, 69, of McConnelsville passed away Monday, September 4, 2023 at her home. She was born March 9, 1954 in Zanesville a daughter of the late Wilford Hale and Mary Hinkle Hale. Barb was retired from the former Mark Rest Center in McConnelsville where she had worked for 47 years. She was a member of the McConnelsville United Methodist Church and the V.F.W. Post #4713 Auxiliary of Malta. She is survived by a sister, Jane (Roger) Wallace of McConnelsville; two brothers, James "Jim" (Minnie) Hale of Florida, Carroll (Leura) Hale of McConnelsville; a nephew, Bryan (Rachel) Wallace of Lima; a niece, Shelly (Mike) Logar of Fredericksburg, VA.; and six great nieces and nephews; one aunt, Rosie Cox of Malta. A private graveside service will be held with Pastor Phil King officiating and Barb will be laid to rest in McKendree Cemetery. Miller-Huck Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
