Bert David Harlow, 66, of Stockport passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at his home. He was born October 21,1951 in Malta to the late Daniel Harlow and Betty Louise Roberts Harlow. David was a farmer and had worked at the Silverheels Farm of Stockport. He was also a U. S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and served on the USS Enterprise. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Peggy Sue Motz Harlow; 3 daughters, Constance Sue Bush of Newark, Valerie Irene Belin of Marietta, and Danielle Harlow of Zanesville; and 9 grandchildren. Also surviving are 6 sisters, Beatrice Jivanjee, Karen Dye, Beryl Curtis, Sue Kirkbride, Tammie Morris, and Shannan Kennedy; 2 brothers, Kenneth Harlow and Carl Harlow. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Richard, Nick, and Lyle Harlow. At David's request, a cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Friday, July 6, 2108 at 3:00 p.m. at the McKendree United Methodist Church. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post #24 Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the McKendree United Methodist Church. Miller-Huck Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
