Carlton Lovejoy

Carlton Lovejoy 81, of McConnelsville, passed away at 9:20 p.m. November 2, 2023 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.  He was born December 19, 1941 in Cabell County, West Virginia the son of the late, Edgar Lovejoy and Virgie Bryant.  He was a mechanic for the Herald Dispatch Newspaper in Huntington, W.Va. He is survived by a nephew, Vernon (Amy) Lovejoy of Chesapeake, Ohio; sister, Ruth Irving of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Forrest Lovejoy and Max Lovejoy; sisters, Velma Clift, Freda Earl, Esteleen Hunter.
