Cathy “Rabbit” L. (Cox) Jenkins

Cathy L. "Rabbit"  Jenkins, 64, of McConnelsville passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 at her home. She was born July 25, 1955 in Jackson, Ohio to the late Roger Cox and Geraldine Coffman Cox. Cathy was a retired electrician and was a member of I.E.B.W. Union #71 of Columbus. She was a former driver for the Morgan County Transit. She enjoyed making crafts, sewing, and quilting. She was a member of the O.E.S. of Wellston and the McConnelsville Eagles Club. Cathy loved her dogs, cat, and birds. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, James Edward Jenkins: three daughters, Amanda Taylor and Mark Jenkins of McConnelsville, Melissa (Tom) Spillman and Lynn Jenkins all of Ironton; fifteen grandchildren; and one great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Edward Jenkins, Jr. At her request, a caring cremation will take place. Memorial contributions may be made to the M. & M. Fire Dept. & E.M.S.
