Survived by: Brothers Jerry Jarc (Eileen) and Bill Jarc (Lois)
Children: Susan Fisher (Mark), Richard D. Roeder (Lisa), Randy Roeder (Michelle), Sandy Voss (Terry), Rebecca Casstevens (Elijah)
Grandchildren: Lyndsey Guess (Jeff), Emily Andrews (Tyler), Kenny Fisher, Caleb, Samuel, and Levi Roeder, Henry and Ella Voss
Great-grandchildren: Ava and Bella Guess

Her parents Frank and Frances Jarc
Brothers Frank and Jim Jarc and sister Margaret Jarc
Richard and Clare were from Euclid, Ohio, and settled in McConnelsville, Ohio, in 1995. Clare worked as a seamstress for many years.
Clare was a devoted and attentive wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and grandmother. She was a generous and kind person, willing to help anyone in need. Her 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren were treasures to her. Clare was a member of the McConnelsville Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was a woman of great faith and integrity. She found joy in sharing the Bible’s hope with others, including a future of no more pain, suffering, or death. (Rev. 21:3, 4) An avid reader, she also loved music, dancing to polkas, bowling, and going “bumming.” She was well known for her quick wit and sense of humor.
