Dana L. Clark 72, of Stockport, formerly of Elliotts Crossroads passed away September 14, 2023 at Grant Hospital in Columbus. He was born October 20, 1950 in Morgan County the son of the late, Kenneth Clark and Betty Drake Clark. He was a retired Coal Miner, worked at Southern Ohio Coal Co. Meigs Mine Co, he was a member of the UMAW, Webb Lodge #252 F&AM in Stockport, formerly worked at Malta Manufacturing. Dana loved spending time with his family, enjoyed anything involved with the outdoors hunting, trapping, fishing, and teaching his children and grandchildren to hunt. A collector of many things he was avid arrowhead hunter. He was a talented carpenter that could build anything, which he passed on to his children and grandchildren. An avid gardner, he could grow anything and had the best flowers. He was a man everyone knew and loved. He is survived by his children, Warren and Jamie Clark, Trent and Kathy Clark, Kristi and Tim Mayle, and Kendra and Randy Sims; grandchildren, Kera, Jordyn, Christopher, Dustin, Josh, Ryan, Robbie, Tristen; great grandchildren Myah, Pyper, and Olive; sisters, Donna John and Dixie Mayle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Diana White and Darlene Westfall; mother of his children, Cindy Clark. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept.22, 2023 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Galen Finley officiating.
