Eileen F. (Roach) Pettet

Eileen F. Pettet, 76, of  Malta passed away August 25, 2025 at her home. She was born September 29, 1948 in McConnelsville a daughter of the late, Bernard J. Roach and Virginia A. Biedenbaugh  Roach. Eileen worked for and retired from the Black Oak Belt Company of Crooksville. She was a very faithful Christian woman and loved riding horses. Her whole life revolved around her family, grandchildren, kids, and the neighbor kids. She is survived by three daughters, Carol (Pat) Westfall of Malta, Lisa Van Horn of Malta, and Michelle Bobo of Zanesville;  five sons, Chris (Jenny) Lemon of Malta, Jesse (Tonya) Lemon of Stockport, Blaine (Trisha) Lemon of Malta, Harley (Kim) Pettet of Zanesville, and Levi (Courtney) Pettet of Malta; several grandchildren; and great grandchildren. Also surviving are four sisters, Janet Rowland, Nettie Conner, Diana Hollobaugh,  and Judy Drake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Larry L. Lemon; her second husband, Rodney Pettet; a son, Tommy Lemon; two grandchildren; and three sisters, Margaret Brooks, Carolyn Ashton, and Barbara Hall. Calling hours will be Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.   at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.  and Eileen will be laid to rest in Locust Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Shrivers Hospice.
