Evelyn Kay (Hutchins) Eppley

Evelyn Kay Eppley 70, of McConnelsville, passed way at 8:34 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2025 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born February 8, 1955 in  Zanesville the daughter of the late, Earl Hutchins and Martha Drake Hutchins. She was a Registered Nurse and worked for Genesis Health Care  Systems in Zanesville. She was a member of the Solomon Lutheran Curch near Eagleport. She is survived by her husband, George Eppley of 51 years;  daughter Julie Vandenbark of Lancaster; son, Jessie Eppley of Chesterhill; three grandchildren, Anthony Cole Eppley, Makenzie Vandenbark and Katlyn  Vandenbark; sister, Pam Babcock of Beverly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Hutchins. At her request a private memorial graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. April 16, 2025 at  Dutch Hill Cemetery near Eagleport.  Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Dutch Hill Cemetery.
