Jimmy Anderson

Jimmy Anderson, 70, of McConnelsville passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024 at his home. He was born January 27, 1954 in Zanesville a son of the late Jimmy Anderson, Sr. and Wanda Hunter Anderson. Jimmy was retired from Creative Cast Stone and was a member of the V.F.W. Post #4713 of Malta. He is survived by two daughters, Tina Allison of Athens and Michelle Anderson of McConnelsville; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren;  and three sisters, Juanita Ferguson of  Perry County, Peggy Gibeaut of Byesville, and Polly Stack of Cambridge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary House Anderson; and a brother, Mark Anderson. A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Meigs Cemetery with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the V.F.W. Post #4713 of Malta.
