Joshua O. Fleming, 48, of McConnelsville passed away Monday, March 3, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born November 10, 1976 in Zanesville. Joshua was a graduate of Morgan High School Class of 1995 and played the trumpet in the school band. He was a member of the Boy Scouts and 4-H. He had served in the U. S. Marine Corps and was a combat engineer. He served on the OVCA Church Camp Faculty and was baptized at Main Street Church of Christ. Joshua was also a former employee of the McConnelsville McDonalds. He loved the outdoors, camping, and fishing. He is survived by his father and step mother, Johnson and Charlene Fleming; mother and step father, Rebecca and Jeffery Arnold; two brothers, Johnson A. (Alex) and Nathan Fleming all of McConnelsville; a daughter, Olivia Nel Fleming of Stockport; four half sisters, Melayne Pritchett, Jennifer McQuillian, Amanda DeLancy, and Megan Arnold. Also survivng are 15 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday, March 7, 2025 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Main Street Church of Christ. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. at the church with Evang. Vernon Eldredge officiating and Joshua will be laid to rest in the Meigsville Cemetery.
