Karin E. (Pfannschmidt) Allen

Karin E. Allen 72, of McConnelsville passed away at 3:50 a.m. September 26, 2023 at Marietta Memorial Hospital . She was born July 31, 1951 in Schweinfurt, West Germany, the daughter of the late,  Karl and Gertude Pfannschmidt. She was a former member of the McConnelsville Methodist Church. She is survived by her children, Heidi (Ryan) Mayle of Chesterhill and Michael (Pam) Allen of McConnelsville; grandchildren, Hannah, Keala, Carter, Derek, and Arielle; great grandchildren, Tatum and Luke; brother, Karl Pfannschmidt; and sister, Ingrid Bierschneider. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Allen who died Sept. 2, 2023. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29, 2023 at McConnelsville Cemetery.
