Kathleen “Skeet” Brownrigg Obituary

Kathleen J. “Skeet” Brownrigg 86, of McConnelsville passed away at 11:34 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2024 at her home. She was born April 17, 1937 In Muskingum  County the daughter of the late, Kenneth Scanlon and Florence Fitzgerald Scanlon. She worked at the Beverly Nursing Home and Malta Manufacturing. Skeet came to Reinersville in 1949 and lived with Johnny and Christine Rohrbaugh, she loved  flowers and loved to travel on bus trips with the Noble County Travelers. She is survived by her husband, Cecil Brownrigg whom she married in 1955; her children, Rita Brownrigg, Jerry (Lisa) Brownrigg, Randy (Melissa) Brownrigg, Karen (Rich) Goble ; ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; siblings, Kenny (Sandy) Jones, Marlene (Dave) Wolfe, Karen Newberry, Joann Lenzer, Larry Scanlon, Craig Rohrbaugh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Schott; grandson, Jerry Brownrigg II; brother, Burt Rohrbaugh. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Sharon Cemetery near Caldwell with Brad Peoples officiating.  Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Reinersville Community Church 6465 N. St Rt 78 McConnelsville, Ohio 43756 or Shrivers Hospice P.O.
