Kenneth E. Sinift 74, of Zanesville went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, March 30, 2026 surrounded by family. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Maxine Sinift; his sister, Karen Reed; his grandson, Ethan Kuntz; and great grandchild baby, Avenetti; as well as his little dog, Rascal. Kenny was born in Logan, Ohio on December 14, 1951. He was raised on a farm and developed a love for cars at an early age. He graduated from Tri County Vocational School in 1970 where he took Autobody. Over the years, Dad had several jobs including his own body shop where he painted cars, worked as a laborer as well as a minister. He was the pastor of the McConnelsville Church of The Nazarene for over eighteen years. He married Cheryl Allen in 1974 and was an amazing father to three children, Kendra (Clinton) Kuntz of Tucson, AZ, Autumn Cosgrave of Zanesville, Isaac (Amber) Sinift of Blue Rock; and daughter in law, Dana Hamill of Lancaster; sister, Patty Nelson; nine grandchildren, Elijah, Mia (Andrew), Aireonahh, Micah, Madison (Krystian), Shelby, Hayden, Zachary, and Sofia; one great grandchild, Elliott Avenetti; and life long friend, Steve Collin’s. Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2026 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with his son, Isaac Sinift officiating. He will be laid to rest in McConnelsville Cemetery.
