Lauretta Maxine Harlow, 87, of McConnelsville passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Highland Oaks Health Center. She was born April 12, 1934 in Zanesville a daughter of the late, Garfield Dye and Sadie Wilson Dye. Lauretta was a homemaker and a member of the former Bristol Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the McConnelsville Eagles Club. Lauretta is survived by two daughters, Brenda Waite and Shelia Ann Bellfy; a son, Charles Harlow all of McConnelsville; one sister, Ruth Rex of Beverly; three brothers, Robert Dye of Reynoldsburg, Ralph Dye of Lebanon, and Howard Dye of Jefferson, IN. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Shawn Waite, Clint Harlow, Jessica Harlow, Misty Bellfy, Stephanie Bellfy, Cory Rush, Jeremy Harlow and Dustin Harlow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Henry Harlow; a sister, Mary Florence Harlow; a brother, Fred Dye; and a grandson, Danny Harlow. Calling hours will be Monday, November 8, 2021 from 1-3 p.m. at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Lauretta will be laid to rest beside her husband in Malta Cemetery.
