Marilyn Kay (Clark) Alexander

Marilyn K. Alexander 85, of Stockport passed away Friday, June 28, 2024. She was born January 1, 1939 in Arcanum, Ohio to the late Cleyon S. Clark and Elfreda A. Matthieu Clark. She was married to Jerry E. Alexander on August 23, 1958 and together they raised three children, Bradley, Brenda and Bridgette. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and her son. She is survived by her daughters Brenda James of McConnelsville, Bridgette (Richard) Anderson of Bourne MA, daughter in law Donna Page Alexander of Zanesville as well as her grandchildren, Eric Alexander, Rachel Alexander Border, Erica Anderson Clark, Pamela Anderson, Shea James, Katie James Doles, and Daniel James. Marilyn also had six great grandchildren that were very special to her. The family would like to extend thanks to her special friend and caregiver Kylee Elliott, and to everyone at Helen Purcell Home in Zanesville where she  resided most recently. Their kindness and personal care were very much appreciated and she grew to love each of you. A family graveside service will be held  on July 8, 2024 in Stockport Cemetery.
