Mary R. (Hall) Motz

Mary R. Motz 97, of McConnelsville, passed away at 2:49 p.m. October 11, 2025 at Highland Oaks in McConnelsville. She was born August 11, 1928 in Morgan County the daughter of the late George Hall and Gladys Elliott Hall. Mary was a 1946 Graduate of Reinersville High School. She worked for 37 years for Miba Bearings in McConnelsville  and Ohio Bell in  Zanesville and Columbus. She is survived by her care giver Cindy Shuster of McConnelsville and eleven other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Motz and a daughter, Rita Jill Motz; three sisters, Viva McConnel, Hela Voges and Marjorie Apperson. She will be laid to rest in McConnelsville  Cemetery beside her husband and daughter. Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements.
