Mickie Jo (Lawrence) Farley

Mickie Jo Farley 76, of Malta passed away on September 18, 2024 at her home in Malta. She is preceded in death by her parents, Blanche and Donald Lawrence, her sisters; Barbara McKee and Becky Martin; grandson, Finn Farley. Mickie was a chef that cooked for our entire community her whole life. She was a member of the Malta VFW 4713 Auxiliary. She loved to travel, play euchre, and spend time with family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her sister, Connie (Cliff) Littlefield; brothers, Tommy (Pam) Lawrence, Donnie (Linda) Lawrence, and Gary Lawrence; her daughter, Tracy (Ted) Scott; two sons, Bryan (Gwen) Ray and Russell Farley; Six grandchildren, Lacie (Jess) Roberts, Brandon Ray, Kacie (Jeff) Holmes, Zach Ray, Michael (Amy) Scott and Drake Farley; Four great grandchildren, Corbin Wainwright, Madix Ray, Kolt Ray, and Eldon Clark; several nieces and nephews. Memorial graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September  28, 2024 at Smith Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Joe Rowland officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Shrivers Hospice. Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements .
