Randall D. Haines 66, of McConnelsville passed away at 6:34 a.m. March 15, 2026 at his home.He was born March 3, 1960 in Washington County the son of the late Ernest Bud Haines and Helen Ellison Haines. He was retired from AEP in Moundsville, West Virginia. He is survived by his sons, Hiram (Jenny) Haines and Adam Haines; grandchild, Lauren Haines; brother, Ronnie Haines and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Haines; and a brother, Richard Dick Haines. Private burial will be in Windy Hill Cemetery near Reinersville. Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements.
