Sherry K. (Walter) Layne

Sherry K. Layne 79, of Baltic, Ohio formerly of Malta, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024 in Baltic, Ohio. She was born November 22, 1944 in Zanesville the daughter of the late Richard Walter and Helen Wainwright Walter. She worked at Essex Wire and was an office manager. She graduated from Meredith Business College and she loved horses. She attended Seventh Street Church of Christ in McConnelsville. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Pancake; brothers, Rick Walter of Nashport and Rodger Walter of McConnelsville. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday.
