Steven L. Cosgrave

Steve L. Cosgrave, 61, of Stockport, passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, at his home.

He was born Oct. 27, 1957, in Zanesville, to the late Warren Cosgrave and Vondora Fleming Cosgrave.

Steve was a retired boilermaker and was a member of the Boilermaker Local No. 105 of Piketon, OH, and the UMVA District 31 of Clarington, OH. Steve was a free-spirited soul who loved life and mostly loved to tell his stories of these journeys. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, boating, and four-wheeling. He also liked good camp fires.

Steve is survived by his wife of 16 years, Becky Gaughan Cosgrave; a daughter, Trisha Cosgrave; a granddaughter, Taylen, both of Florida; a brother, Mike (Becky) Cosgrave of Malta; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Bobo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Cosgrave.

At Steve's request, a caring cremation will take place.

A service to celebrate his life will be held soon.
