Virginia L. Robinson, 78, of McConnelsville, formerly of Stockport, Ohio passed away peacefully at 8:10 am on November 24, 2021 at Riverside Landing. She was born on March 7, 1943 in New Martinsville, WV to Samuel and Hazel Kernen. She worked for First National Bank in Stockport and McConnelsville as a teller and receptionist. She loved to sing and play the organ and piano. Genealogy was one of her true joys in life. She enjoyed putting together bible studies for the residents at Riverside Landing. She was also an avid crafter and enjoyed doing latch hook rugs, cross stitching, quilting and plastic canvas projects. She was a graduate of M&M school. She was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Denise (Darren) Hann of McConnelsville; one son, Darin (Judi) Robinson of Lawton, OK; six grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and one brother, Cliff (Wanita) Kernen of Beverly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Robinson, and her mother and father. A private family burial service will be held on Tuesday, November 30th at Stockport Cemetery with Walt Jones officiating.
