Obituary

William E. “Bill”  Page 84, of Malta, passed away May 18, 2021 at Highland Oaks in McConnelsville. He was born December 6, 1936 in Sherman, New York the son of, Donald Savage and Margaret Williams Page Savage. He worked at Taylor Woodcraft in Malta and worked as the parking meter reader in McConnelsville. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of the Malta United Methodist Church in Malta. He is survived by his wife whom he married April 8, 1961, Patricia Burke Page; daughters, Patti (Dan) Thompson of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, Dona (Brad) Alexander of Zanesville, Amy Page (Jeff Baumer) of Stockport; and a son, Alan (Rebecca) Page of West Virginia; grandchildren, Eric Alexander, Rachel Border, Ashley Rosa, Alyssa Thompson, Cody Pugh and Nikki Pugh; great grandchildren, Oliver Border, Khole Riley and Antolino Rosa; sister in law, Linda Page. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Philip Page. At his request, a cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later time.The family would like to thank the team at Shrivers Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to Bill and his family. Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Shrivers Hospice or the Malta United Methodist Church.
