Russ will be missed by all. A big bald head I can't make fun of any more. Always had a smart answer for me. Had lots of fun harrassing him. Will be sadly missed. Rest in peace brother.

Russell was so welcoming to us when we were new to the community. Very friendly and kind. He became a good friend. He will be dearly missed. Malta and the surrounding area will never feel the same without his generous personality. His wings must be very beautiful.

The passing of Russell Farley is a significant loss to this community. Morgan County will never be the same again. Russ was a big guy with an even bigger heart of gold. His smile was contagious.
